That snapps looks about half the length of carl, or 65cm.

Yeah, if anyone is heading out on the port, I'd suggest go shallow in the corals. Fish under 8mtrs, on the run out tide. With having such a frustrating start to the season, I was really paying attention to bait presentation, this fish was on a single tentacle, (not a candle I might add), with all of the skin scrubbed off, so it was pearly white, and very supple. Tacked through the thick end on a 7/0 gama Occy circle, just looked like a big juicy worm really.

Lol..yeah, I don't need to long arm fish mate, I'm that short they all look big.
