Perth has gummies too!

Over in Perth for my brother-in-law’s birthday, picked the eyes out of the weather and headed out from ocean reef harbour this morning in his 4.8 quinnie. Didn’t have to go far, drifted for a short while for mixed return of sand whiting, tarwhine, silver trevally, and one snapper…, at 41 cm perfect in Vicco, but too small here…
Headed in closer where we found familiar hordes of undersized pinkies, but had the big rods out with large sand whiting baits. First my rod, then the brother-in-law’s went off, for a 4ft then 3ft gummy in that order. Happy birthday!!
