As anyone who has had or as a 4x4 know I can drive anywhere I can just do it a lot easier and WITHOUT damage (I have had all types of 4x4's ranging from your outback tourer right up to comp trucks) and your statements seem to come from a lack of knowledge or just plain ignorance

It's also statements like yours that fuel the rubbish policies that the greens are using to try and lock EVERYONE out of OUR state forests be very carfefull cause if they get their way you will be the one complaining In a few years that you can't get to your favorite fishing spot because its all closed off, don't forget that's its 4x4ers that clear tracks regularly that help the cfa get down in times of need aswell as the 4x4 clubs that rebuild the burnt down high country huts so choose your arguments wisely as 4x4ers do a lot for the Aussie bush and generalized statements don't help anyone

I use a 4x4 every time I go fishing and I use it to not churn up the tracks, you can't blame everyone for the actions of a few.
It's not always about catching a fish,
sometimes it's about getting out and
saving your sanity.

Hi folks,

I hear all of your comments and appreciate that we all feel strongly about what makes us passionate.

I personally think that the size of our population grows faster than both the police force & legislations do.

Summing it up: too many people doing whatever they want with not enough cops & definitely penalties that are far too soft.

If penalties/fines etc in this country
were multiplied by at least 10. There may be less of things the like of what was in the video & taking undersized fish, or over bag limits etc. imho

Krisstiglic wrote:All four wheel driving does is destroy tracks that most people who drive every day cars also use I know it's not every body but its quite a few of them all this does is wreck it for others who want to use the tracks ! The only people who don't oppose four wheel driving are the people who have or have had four wheel drives. If you want to go four wheel driving do it where the everyday person doesn't drive or on private property
Utter rubbish.

Lol it's no tractor I can assure you, I've only had it a few months so it doesn't have many mods yet and I fly out to Europe for a month shortly so it will be a while yet
