Well I thought the hamstring injury was getting better but in fact it's got a little worse.. not sure if the bruise that's come out is a good or a bad thing.. looks like a trip to the doctor and then to a physio I think... Very tender that I do know... just the joys of trout fishing rivers I suppose...
cheers

I'm no doctor, you sure that's hamstring.???
It's worse than my knee replacement
No rocking & rolling for a while
Good luck

Geez it doesn't look pretty mate but id be getting an ultra sound quick smart to confirm what's wrong. The sooner you know the sooner you can get it treated and be back stalking those pesky browns

Managed to get an appointment for this afternoon, I think my river fishing may be on hold for a little longer as the leg has become a little worse since Saturday's photo.. Will know more later today I suppose..
cheers

Oh geez mate - sorry to see and hear. Obviously with all injuries it's better take time out now to ensure you recover properly and don't compromise the long term ability to head out, as opposed to rushing things and potentially impacting your future state longevity (which I have no doubts you'd share this mindset). Hoping for a solid recovery!

Start physio on Thursday, they reckon it could take up to 8 weeks...
