Had these little fella's rock up in the post this morning.. Goldy 38mm minnow lures.. perfect for trout in the small streams/rivers.
I already have a couple of similar ones (Dip minnow) for six years that have bagged quite a few trout, I receive an email from a Trophy Trout Lures at Invermay here in Tassie. I have been trying to get hold of something like these for a long time.

Interested in how these cast/swim. Look the goods for the smaller stuff.

The little Dip minnows worked really well, these are supposed to have a good action too.. I guess I'll know in a weeks time when the trout season opens.. Touch wood they'll work well.. :tu:

You going a bit more in the tackle game these days Cobb?

Not a bad grab on the raider bowl
Nah I noticed the Jewels and Raiders started showing up in clearance sections a few months back and asked someone who said new ones coming soon. Then Shimano revealed it all a week ago

Many colours are in the clearance bin for $5, which is cheaper than buying from him currently

Bcf are weird most stores have different clearance pricing on the same items.

Aka. Bait junkie plastics. One store 3 for$10, different store $10 each. Both in clearance bin.
Emeraldas stream rattle. One store $2.50, other store $10 also in clearance bin.

Anaconda also has daiwa slippery dogs for $5 and jackal mask vibes for$5

From what I understand when they want to add a new line they have to clear out the wall space it takes up from existing lines and this decision is made at the store level. Anaconda does almost all of its clearance on a company wide level and in recent times have been rather aggresive with their pricing
