Biggest 54cm and 1.8kg. All fish on busted 45 / 75's and tasline....couple taking the lures off the surface.
As much as a pain in the ass dragging 20kg of fish back to the car is it's nice to have a bunch of snapper baits and I never get sick of this view....

Watch yourselves on the beach at high tide, waves slamming into the sand wall that's developed...

If you see this rock as a marker on the beach and line it up with the cape schanck lighthouse with the rising sun directly over your left shoulder while balancing on your right foot you'll be exactly nowhere near where we were fishing. If however you walk about 1.5 km toward the schanck from the carpark and spin the last gutter before the little rock outcrop then you're spot on.
Looking forward to putting some serious KM on the car and the boots in the next few days to try and turn these into something a bit bigger
