yeah it is, I wanted to measure the bream for the species comp but didn't realise it was finishing so didn't get to include it in my tally, not that i came anywhere close to any of the leaders.
There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the bank like an idiot, I excel in the latter!!!

yeah there were plenty of people and some big groups, still plenty of room to camp though, we just didnt get on for the fire pit things. What surprised me was that a whole heap of people left on Sunday morning

googlemaps the river further back where the pond is is where the big bream are. can't think of the court you enter to get into the farm/ tractor track to get to it. very productive for king george whiting, wrase, bream. all on pippis. don't know if they fixed the bridge some tool burnt down 14 years ago. the sandy bank on the other side start fishing first light bag out hour maybe 2 hours later o_0 or yak or small boat in the pond use paddles as you will just jam up your prop with weed.
