Mirror Carp + Hybrid 29/9/20
Got out for the first fishing session post-lockdown this arvo after work, hitting up a location within 5km of both my own house and a mate's. We ended up with 6 carp between us, 4 falling for his worms and 2 falling for mine. I caught my first mirror in over 10 years, funnily enough the other couple I've caught have also been in the same location. Among his 4 was what looked like a mix between a goldfish and a common, something which I've never caught before. Not a bad way to reopen the account although I'm guilty of forgetting just how horrendous carp can smell....
