Why would you fish in no fishing place and published it online?
You're not showing a good example to be honest.
Sorry but I don't like it, you're setting a bad example and shouldn't be condoned.
It might give a stereotype of fishos are bad.

Not having a go at you but that's your opinion some say i'm doing nothing wrong others say the opposite. I love catching carp it's close to my house don't need to travel far and ngl though those are the best spots during winter. You have a car you can travel to many other spots while I go out with my bike and film my fishing trips. if the fisheries have got a problem I'll be happy to take the video down but Melbourne water don't seem to mind and I see them all the time. But if you still think it's wrong during floods these carp eggs flow into other ponds and possibly the river nearby which may connect. There is 2 man-made pond nearby which was made like 5 years ago and you can see on maps it does flow into them. Note I have caught carp from there it is very possible those carp eggs flowed into there after all fish don't just spawn into any body of water out of nowhere haha!

I know exactly where that is, the carp were mooching around the gutters of the road between the lights and roundabout the other month when it flooded. You'd have to check with the council whether the development is under a body corporate arrangement and if not what councils view on fishing there is. It's likely the sign doesn't have any jurisdiction

Fishing permitted or not I think culling carp is a good thing.

Getting rid of Carp is a good thing
Fishing in an area that sais -NO FISHING is not
Why dont you ring the authorities and get permission?
May be no fishing as some loose lines tangle water birds and freshwater turtles?
This is the 2nd post of sombody on this forum not giving a Rats for authority or signs
I hope the mods get rid of this post as it shows to the community that some fisher people dont care
I would hope the area you fishin in isnt in a lock down area?

I think the problem here is that your blatantly displaying the fact that you are disobeying the rules, and I’m not sure what the purpose of that is. Are you trying to convey yourself as rebellious and defiant? Because if so, that’s pretty childish. I’ve pushed the rules before, I’m sure a lot of us have, but I don’t think you should make that the focal point of your video. I think your videos are great by the way, but I’m not a fan of this.
