Also ended up at leonards instead of Portarlington for a fish.

Got to start spending some more time, down this way. It’s gorgeous
There is always more to learn , fish to catch , places to see and friends to make.

Cooked my Yakka up with Indian spices, really reminded me of home. We grew up eating mackerel very similar to this

Came up real nicely.

Marinated in lime, coriander powder , turmeric and chilli powder, black pepper, ginger and garlic

Fried in coconut oil, tempered with curry leaf, cumin and black pepper

A bunch of classical South Indian flavours , paired with a beer from Valhalla brewing in Geelong which was a real nice find this weekend.
There is always more to learn , fish to catch , places to see and friends to make.
