The Kiosk is owned by Bellarine Bayside and Leased out
The 2 red bins and the large metal Rubbish/Recycle bin is owned and emptyed by Bayside.
The bins get looked at at leased twice a day.
Bellarines involvemet stops at the Kiosk

No worries Denis, thanks for the clarification. Always awesome finding more about how things are run. That Is really interesting to know, yeah this bin issue was before the season, it’s been nothing but spotless since.

Hopefully Parks finds the funding and work for the repairs, they’re normally pretty good. I can’t say I hear enough on that part in my department at DELWP.
