Went out with my neighbour today 1st stop grassy point 2 drifts 20 squid they smashed the jigs today. Some were a bit small but will make great baits next week.
We headed to Prince George bank to look for whiting and flathead but we tried 3 spots for heaps of goat fish, banjos, blue throat wrasse and hundreds of small pinkies. We managed 1 flathead and 1 whiting .
We headed back to Port where we could only find undersize flathead and whiting so we gave it away and went home for a beer.

The goat fish are a close second to whiting IMO, well done.
