Had a pretty good day out with the missus
A few salmon around had plenty of fun
Came home and cooked a couple on the fire
Hope the weather gets better so we can go in the kayak s fishing

Cheers Andy, my young fella is keen to catch his first salmon. Sounds like a good time to get after them.

Running hot down at North Shore about an hour ago. My son & I just stopped by for a look but had rods in the car. The water was boiling with them, so had to get amongst it. Young fella landed one at 45cm

Btw: Soft plastics grubs, motor oil. Other blokes down there we’re doing well on big metal lures.

$1600 fishing trip has got to hurt. Could’ve done a cracking private charter for if he’d waited a few weeks!

Definitely been a bit crowded down there over the last couple of weeks but I’ve just moved further on if there’s more than one or two out. Hasn’t been too hard finding a quiet spot so far. Pinkies are starting to show up so Hoards of Melbourne fishos must be itching to get down here.
