corio bay today

Post by Nude up » Mon Oct 07, 2013 7:44 pm

Took my mate and his daughter out on corio bay launched around 0800. We fished point lilias, the quaries for nothing not a bite moved over to the spoil ground off clifton springs and just drifted caught a few good flathead. Moved up to the mussel farm top corner flathead every drop they became a nuisance moved down to curlewis, just drifting more flathead and for a change a salmon.started to chop up late afternoon. Good bag of flathead at the end of the day.

Nice one Nude Up. Did your mate's daughter get onto any?

There seems to be quite a few flatties around Geelong starting to bite.
