Most guys use 50 pound braid for larger cod, with an 80 pound leader, good for targeting cod in snaggy, rocky water, and will enable a shorter fight so the fish wont get stressed too much when releasedmarckyg123 wrote:I've heard that braid is good line for cod fishing what poundage would you reccomend
