Stuff you don't use always comes in handy at some time mate :-D
Does that rat thing have a spare tail or is it just the pic,be worth chucking around at night for sure

On a more serious note. From what i can gather where we normally go in through is not gonna be an option. We will have to go in the next gate up,no biggy as i think a few guy's have come and gone that way before

I'll go up and check it out before we go anyway.
Can't furkin wait for this one boyz

Those rats and ducks both produce. Although the hook placement on the duck leaves a bit to be desired.

So what's the story with this weekend? Leave the boats in the river overnight or chuck them back on the trailer daily? How far is it from a launch point?

Boats stay in the water, launch is anywhere from in camp to 3mins drive away, depends on where we camp.

All tents, swags and the occasional van lol

Cost is how ever much you want to spend on what you bring.
BYO everything, if you forget something, one of us will usually have one you can use.
Usually plenty of fridges, batteries and fishing gear around.

I'll start by saying, I will purchase a NSW licence for the trip, even though I will probably not fish in the Murray.
If I'm in Victoria & fishing in NSW, can a NSW fisheries officer come into Vic to check licences ??
Can a Vic fisheries officer enforce NSW regulations ??
Can a Vic Park Ranger enforce NSW fishing regulations ??? Park Rangers are State Government & Barmah is now a National Park.
I (& probably many others) have always said, charge extra on my Vic licence, to cover the Murray river.
I don't go to the Murray as much as previous years (in fact the 2015 Cod trip was my last time),but I would still pay the extra, for convenience.
Yes I know it's easy & cheap to get the licence, it just irks me as I'm in Victoria fishing.

Beware the Bunyip
