Bonnie Doon 2020

Post by Texas » Sun Nov 29, 2020 7:56 pm

Beautiful day's Thursday & Friday
Until the jet skiers & wake boaters arrived
Saturday was overcast, hot & humid
At approximately 4.30am Sunday morning the sh&t hit the fan, I believe 170kph winds came in. My "easy up" tent although billowing massively, survived. There was some damage to other campers.
Was great to catch up with those who attended
As far as fish go, my tally is still zero.
Cheers Gra
P.s. I was not alone, most other's go the same

Yes as Gra said nice to meet up again. The yellas let us down and only a few reddies plus a 70cm cod for Brett but hey, the trip together was what it was about, thanks to Johnny, Milkman, Brett and Gra for coming, cheers davo.
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
