Went for a run out to two local lakes this week, following the inflows of the weeks prior.
Fishing was near to impossible due to very dirty water, low water temps and massive amounts of food saw the fish shut down.

First trip was Monday to Taylors Lake near Horsham, which is now hovering at about 104%. plenty of fish on the sounder, sitting midwater but just wouldnt come round to either bait lure or soft plastic.
Second run was to Lake Fyans, Friday morning after work. sitting at about 80% and Again filthy water, ive actually never seen Fyans so dirty. Minimal fish on the sounder and all reports from fellow anglers on the lake were the same.. doughnuts.

With any luck the next couple of weeks should see things settle down and the fish start to come on the bite again.
Jarrod.
