Time to do boat maintenance now. August September are usually pretty tough going.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

So its been a bit over a week now. Has anyone got into any good fish on their first outing after lockdown.
Or has it been the same trend of donuts post lock down.
The weather hasn't been ideal though so that's a bummer!!

Had an absolute blinder yesterday for my first session back after lock down. Went out bream fishing again and found them schooled up willing to eat plastics.

Water is pretty dirty in PPB, waiting for a bit more clarity.

And in case you are still wondering... nowt at Nungurner today so joined the armada anchored off Nyerimilang. Didnt have their patience and moved on after an hour and 2 KGW (marginal size) which were returned anyway. Probably a dozen boats out - observed a few random tight lines here and there but only small stuff from what I could see. Multiple moves towards Lakes resulted in nowt. Nice day for it though. Expect a few were offshore today..... eh re-tyred?

No interest at 6 Mile yesterday so over to 8 Mile. Pretty quiet but a fast drift even with the sea anchor out. Ended up with a pinky for dinner, threw back a few Sgt Bakers, barber perch ‘coota’s and the yellow tail type. The water seemed very dirty and cloudy inside with no luck at all around Nungurner. It was a great day to be out though.
