Lake now been reopened for about 6 weeks after a earlier in year being opened for less than 2 weeks?Anyone have an idea if likely still open to sea at Christmas?Been years since I’ve seen open at that time of year.Also any fishing reports?Thanks in advance.

Purely speculation but I’d say all the snow and flood water would have dispersed by then and the lake will by closed again. That’s only my guess though. You’d have to ask a geologist to get an accurate answer

Any updates on lake?Web cam looks to show a passage but is it running?I b there on 28th hoping for some good fishing and tube ride.

Plenty of rain this week. Can't see it closing for a while. A kingfish was caught there last week. Reports I get is the bream flathead and Taylor are going good.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

Thanks for the heads up.Great memories over 35 years ago of lake open ,great fishing and fun on the tubes.

Plenty of rain everywhere, just looked at the Caravan Park Webcam - Its looking close to opening again this year.
