Went hard but I was surprised at how gentle he attacked the lure. First and only EP to date so I can’t compare it but I’m looking forward to plenty more hopefully. Went back to the same spot Sunday and today but got doughnuts, I used just about every lure or plastic I had as well. Still a lot to learn about them I think.

Sometimes all you feel is a slight tap it can be a very subtle bite. They can be pretty temperamental at times.

Definitely need a brag mat, it’s on the agenda for sure. I would have expected a big strike from an EP from what I’ve heard about them but to be honest I know not too much about them. Keen to get back and find out more though.
