Wedge squid

Went for a squid hunt yesterday arvo from 3pm to 6pm
Plenty there as long as you find the weed, got my bag of medium size hood length around 25cm and put back a few smaller models
Tried for ting for about half hour ,not a touch

The monsters will be in at August at Queenscliff near the Marine Park at Lonsdale Bite

As in conditions for my side of bay.
Good numbers on this side of bay .
Light winds in morning ,west and nth winds making water clear and clean.
Unlike summer where there is lot of crappy east wind.

I don't fish Queenscliff, so 🤷

Not far from st.leonards Nude up
Love seeing a big squid on the end of the line being followed by 3 or four just as big, gets the adrenalin pumping

Got a big one 4ocm hood at Clifton yesterday arvo, and couple medium size
