Mrs is now addicted to fresh seafood and refuse to buy seafood from seafood shops. Means she'll let me fish more often. Win win!

I do it by hand I can't find a roller anywhere.

Just egg wash and breadcrumbs, salt pepper.

If you are ok with raw seafood. Highly recommend fresh squid sashimi.
