Success on the squid

Yesterday I came down for an hour and dropped one so today I tried again and I had heaps of success 2 of them and lost a couple they are decent size now

Awesome to hear that you were able to get onto some nice calamari! I'd imagine it would have been pretty packed haha!

Yes mate their wasn’t many people suprisingly but an Asian couple appeared after I caught one squid and parked themselves less then 1m away from me and the girlfriend or wife idk came and started fishing on the other side as her husband turns out she couldn’t cast and kept tangling me up so I only managed one more my friend who had never caught a squid also got his first squid so he was stoked the wind wasn’t that bad and it was at mornington

She loved it but she preferred the whiting in butter and lemon and garlic now I just have to feed her some fresh squid next time I see her
