Mmmm I love my gars as well! I don’t worry about the small tiny bones.
Just butterfly the fillets and shallow fry them. Bloody beautiful :thumbsup:

Not a bad bag there denis!
The ones I get are also from Bonza but the packaging looks a bit different.
Been awhile since i have bought some. Maybe they changed it.
