mornigton pier report

So friend rang me yesterday to seee if I wanted to fish of course I said yes headed off to mornington pier I had abosolutly no luck again and returned with donuts. MY friend wanted to try out his christmas present some squid jigs so I lent him my 6 foot rod as he had snapped his el cheapo rd earlier on a snag he ends up catching 2 20cm squid and didn,t share 1 with me WAAAHH lol.
Others on the pier were catching a fair few undersized pinkies and releasing them, I'll eventually end my string of donuts I just hope its sooner than later 8 trips with nothing to show for it came home to a sign my brother put on the door , "No edible fish sleep in the car" lol :oops:
