116kg gutted. 2 hour fight that ended after the fish tail wrapped itself and drowned onboard Blue Dynamite. I've actually got a bit of it in the fridge for dinner tomorrow night. :super:

Did they launch out of Hastings and catch it out the front? Or did they catch it elsewhere and just take it to Hastings to clean it?

I seen a carcass of an 80 odd kg model at queenscliff jetty Saturday I couldn't believe it and then whilst searching for new ground we found a floating head of another tuna would have been 120kg plus fish the head was massive
If I'm not fishing, I'd rather be fishing!

Launched and retrieved out of Hastings. Only hit for the day. Took about 700m off a Tiagra 50w first run

Amazing stuff. Shattered I didn't go out for them sat. Had been gearing up for it all week and pulled the pin last minute due to storms. Ah well.

Great fish.

Blown away by the number, size and the location of the fish that have been caught recently.

I can only hope they come passed the Prom.
