In between st kilda and the channel...sounded around for ages...12.9 is the warmest i can find...

Ended up co.i g home with 4 flatties all mid 30cms..
Not sure how much fine will be... but i went onto vicroads website to pay and system is down...so rang and paid..hopefully they check again before they do the days end paperwork..plus ill have a receipt that it was paid if i need to take it to court...cant belive i was out of luck by 7hrs...lol
