I'm about to go for a squid session and depending on how much time i've got and who wants to come along i'll either spin salmon or whack a balloon out Friday or Saturday. We're too late for Kingfish I think but I've seen 3 reports this morning from Portland of really really big tuna coming in.

Re: Post lock down inaugural
Just got back from a drive down to Werribee South. There was about 30 trailers at the car park, and a few more guys still heading out. Conditions didnt look too bad, a little choppy but probably no more than 0.5m.
I am heading out on Friday afternoon, should be a nice afternoon.

I'm heading out tonight to throw around some soft plastics, but looking to avoid Mornington -- I assume it'll be nutso busy. Will probably stick to Frankston -- although I'm not sure how much of the pier is inaccessible at present. Might try Davey's Bay, even, although I've never had any luck off that little pier.

Thinking to go to gunnamatta beach on Saturday or Sunday during the day, casting metal lures. But gonna be low tide mid day I think. Worth going?
