It's def Mordi pier, whether its been spliced into another video or not I'm not sure.

To be honest, what is the point of going into much effort to make a fake video about this. Definitly think it is real.

1: its not a fake video even with decent editing skills you would have to nail the same actions and everything twice for it to remotely work (time, sun angle, location on the peir etc).
2: unless they are running a gimbal you will still need to meet the needs in point 1 for it to work right.
3: you would see it splice on video anyways since you cant edit a transission like that perfectly.
4: the land you see is just land but further south or north, a example of this is where i fish on a clear day at the right time you can see the top of moreton island a good 40km away over open sea.
