nice work as usual... do you fillet them?, was told to do it like a whiting fillet, you get heaps more, i used to just cut the tail...what a waste..

Thanks mate. I was at first thinking of going to black rock for the pinkies but then decided to drift for flatties much closer. Saw plenty of boats heading that way in a hurry lol :rofl:

Cheers mate. Yea I fillet them. Should have taken a pic. I usually do but forgot this time. Must say I get pretty good fillets out of them though :tongue:

Yea you can start by flicking along the pier if you want. Another good spot is to the right of the pier :thumbsup:

Good haul there, i hate these fish with a passion though. im always scared they are going to spike me and they always inhale the plastic so its so hard to release them.but they taste great.
