Yeah I actually caught more 4 pinkies just under size and my biggest port Jackson shark.

That's a big one mate. My friend caught one around that size also from the breakwall the other day :)

Nice catch as I said there is lots of port Jackson's on the rock walls and they just take your bait and it gets annoying also I think at Webb dock brighton and sandringham breakwalls my maths rocks and all the piers on the eastern side and port Melbourne will have a real good land based pinky season this Autumn :cheers: :a_goodjob:

I'm in New Zealand at the moment but will be back next Tuesday, so will definitely be giving it a crack later in the week :)

Have you been snapper fishing off the rocks at NZ it has extremely good rock fishing for big snapper you should give it a go :cheers:

I'm with the missus mate so can't really go rock fishing. We went on 1 charter so far in the bay of islands and caught tonnes of pinkies. Just the one big snapper was caught.
