It's a pissin tube I've been using one for years, stops you pissin all over yourself trying to stand in a sloppy sea ! I got the 3 inch diameter version

Ive seen people **** in a bucket and tip it over..
Fill the bucket with a bit of seawater first, then straight into it.
Empty it over the side when finished.
