Haven't been there for years. Top spot to camp. Very small inlet. Not sure what is caught there. I don't hear many locals going there. Tamboon is mostly the place talked about.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

I remember going there about 15 years ago, it's great for camping and we fished from the bank for salmon and flathead.

It's a pretty small system not really sure it's suitable for boats but small tinies and kayaks would be fine.

Looked at this place thousands of times on maps but never actually got around to checking it out. Looks really good. It'd have the usual east gippsland estuary species I'd imagine, as well as salmon off the surf
