And they use trammel net.
I believe it's the same net caught in sanctuary lakes few years ago.

25 years in prison or listen to a bream fisherman talk about his gear for 15 minutes.rb85 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 20, 2022 8:27 pmIf they were going to sell them they should have a commercial license and quota which I don't think exists for where they were fishing so that's no excuse. That punishment would definitely deter offenders especially if you pimp slap them with a dirty bream.fisho999 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 20, 2022 8:17 pmfistly, HAHAHAHAHAH
secondly,
i know it said they were gong to sell them but seriously? how can you have the mindset to take 450 undersized fish? i cannot even comprehend the mindset you would need
i think the basterds punishments should be 25 years minimum prison time and to be slaped across the face 450 times by the fish they took

i would take life just to stay away from the bream fisho, then again he might get life for public nuisance so that will come back to bite me.rb85 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 21, 2022 9:38 amI’d go with the plea deal for 25years.DougieK wrote: ↑Thu Jul 21, 2022 7:18 am25 years in prison or listen to a bream fisherman talk about his gear for 15 minutes.rb85 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 20, 2022 8:27 pmIf they were going to sell them they should have a commercial license and quota which I don't think exists for where they were fishing so that's no excuse. Re: Fisheries bust
Unfortunately there's a fair few ruining it for the rest of the ones who are doing the right thing. Atleast they are acting on it nowdays and doing something about it. The fines need to reflect the seriousness of the crime though. 480 odd fish is a lot to take in one go..
