What's your fishing snack/food?

Post by Sebb » Wed May 18, 2022 9:16 am

Toasted sandwich and a coffee in the morning is nice, but coffee makes me go to toilet :-D (imagine being on a kayak and the need comes, fresh burley? :rf: ).
So usually I just drive through Maccas for a muffin and OJ before fishing.

Or strong black tea from home in a thermos for the drive aa alternative to coffee and/or a banana bread from a servo to eat while fishing.

Any better ideas? What's your fishing snack/food?

Bananas is a great snack, but you know the stories about bananas while fishing, haha.

Muesli bar is a good idea.
🤔

My tummy isn't good with milk, no Up and Go for me.

Flask of coffee, museli bar, cheese and onion roll and dried apricots and nuts. Plus always carry a slab of water in case I run out of coffee

Museli bars are go-to, always keep one within my tackle bag.
I also always keep a mini gummy bear packet in the bag, a little sugar never hurts.
