A couple of Cadbury Freddo Frogs & a can of Pepsi Max when I get back to the car after a spin session in a river...

A KFC feed post-fishing goes down well for me. Otherwise I just enjoy eating chips on the water really, honey soy chicken or barbecue.
A few beers do well too if I'm not driving.

I have a 1lt Thermos which I always take with me full of black coffee.
If I am fishing early in the morning I make overnight oats and take that with me and have at my usual breakfast time otherwise if fishing during the day a small sandwich and muesli bar will be enough. I also always have a water bottle with me.

A bowl of rice, with fried spam can eat cold. A 2 litre hot water Thermos to make, tea coffee and cuppa noodles. Protien shake with protien bars and a bag of mixed nuts. This is what powers me up, also tuna sandwich is great too when flicking plastic for hours.

I normally have a large 7/11 coffee on my way to the water and that’s it. I don’t tend to snack on the water and in fact don’t think about food while fishing But then I never eat breakfast and don’t tend to eat before midday anyway. I do a 16/8 fast every day So a few hours more doesn’t matter
Really since dropping most of my carbs a don’t get hungry. These days I think I could transition to one meal a day
