if something bad happened and you were in the middle of metro Melbourne, you can only have 1 rod and 1 kind of line and 1 lure
to survive one for say a week, what would you go for?

2500 reel (CI4). 2-4kg graphite rod (I like team Daiwa black series at the moment). 1/6 Oz jig head with a 25mm Zman grub in motor oil. Seems to work on bream and flatties consistently and is my basic go to in a new location to get a feel for a place.
