I mix up what I'm bringing lure wise heaps but in general I'll have one or two trays of hardbodies, 5-10 packs of plastics, a tray of jigheads (split foam for small, regular tray for larger), small tupperware container with packs of spare trebles, split rings and split ring pliers/pincers.With different amounts of plastics v hards depending on what I'm expecting to throw that trip. I just store my lures by type and then have a few trays that are empty that I'll put what I want for that trip in, if I'm doing the same stuff regularly I'll leave the trays packed otherwise everything will get put back where it belongs afterwards.
Other stuff that comes along all the time; braid scissors, forceps/pliers, a range of spare leader, a small sharpening stone, scent, net/lip grips, brag mat, a small first aid kit and a PLB.

Not gonna list them all. Here's my most versatile and the go to items.
Freshwater and estuary:
Rod: Majorcraft Basspara 6ft6 two piece UL 3-6lb (thinking to upgrade this)
Reel: Daiwa Freams LT 2000 with 6lb Jbraid x8 and 4lb or 6lb fluorocarbon leader 2m long random brand.
Hardbodies: a box with about a dozen 2-3cm hardbodies for creek/river and 3-5cm hardbodies including spoons for lakes.
Plastics: zman grub 2 and 2.5in motor oil and strike tiger nymph are a must! Jig heads ranging 1/24 HWS to 1/8 size #2.
Salt:
Rod: Daiwa Black Label v2 6ft10 two piece 2-4kg.
Reel: Daiwa Caldia LT 2500 with 10lb Jbraid x8 grand and 10lb fluorocarbon leader 1.5m long, random brand.
Hardbodies: halco twisty 10gm and 15gm is a must and couple more in ne box
Plastics: zman slim swimz bad shad is a must, and gulp nemesis 4in nuclear chicken.
Other stuff:
Plier, braid scissor, bigger scissor to kill or cut fish throat or bait. A smal box with various sinkers, swivels and hooks if there's chance of bait fishing, bell and clip float, hook sharpener, water, a rag, plastic bag, box of various jig heads and clips.

Everything including the kitchen sink.... 4, 6, 8 and 10lb leaders. 10, 12, 14 and 16 sized spare trebles. 0, 1 and 2 sized spare split rings. Whole box of various sized jigheads from a bare worm hook up to 3/8ths an ounce, key to keeping weight down there is only have a packet and a half worth at most of each weight. More plastics than I care to count. 1 box of hardbodies with approx 80 in it. 1 box full surface hards from sticks to sigletts. Braid scissors, long nosed pliers, mini lipgrips, scents and split ring tweezers. And I think that's it. Climbing under/over railings, sliding down banks, hopping rocks etc etc and casting with it on the back is no issue at all even with what seems like excessive gear. Only time anything changes is the jigheads and plastics boxes come out and replaced with spinnerbaits and larger hardbodies for Bass. And i have a briefcase style box full of jigs that I take squidding instead of the bag.

Easy
Rod: Shimano sienna soft plastics combo
Reel: Shimano Sienna 2500FE 10 pound braid
Leader: 1 rod length worth of 6 pound j-thread
Lures: depends on the day and tide state and water color but a big varity of zman plastics, some poppers, a little hard body and a 95 gram one
extras: knife, scissors, pliers, scents, fish grips, hat, sun sock,sunscreen, spare earbuds (incase mine come out of my pocket), deoderant (great in summer)
All packed into a kmart hiking bag
