We've launched and retrieved a 6.5mtr plate boat there.
Not something I'd care to repeat tbh.

Was pretty hard going mate. Pretty flat beach, so if there's any swell, you aren't going to enjoy it. We had a drop down wheel, and a long recovery winch cable, was still bloody hard work.
If you are going to launch there, lower part of the tide from memory was the go.
On the plus side, carching livies was easy.
Didn't manage any kings, only found them late in the day, but they are there.
