I missed it, was there any restrictions on distance you can travel to go fishing?

I don't think so.

So I imagine Shane will be doing day trips to Portland.

No distance limit but you aren't allowed to stay overnight

There is a boat I'm interested in but it's in Wodonga and I've been waiting for a month to go for a drive up there so does this mean I can now?

can you cross over the border now?
if so id lookup the restrictions in place in NSW and if your allowed to stay at hotels there, then bobs your uncle.
