J Braid mate, there are quite a few out there but I don't have any problem with it and it's very thin

I like this because it's got more line, but I'm confused if it includes 6lb. it has 6lb where your are supposed to choose it but in the description, it says 15 - 100 lb - https://www.anacondastores.com/fishing/ ... e/90187711

This is berkley whiplash. I use 30lb which has a diameter of .1mm and I can 100% vouch for its strength as only last Saturday morning it landed a gummy that went over 22kg.

I could buy a Vanford for that price. That must be really good stuff

There's very few situations where the average punter needs less than pe0.8. Even then I wouldn't go lower than pe0.6.

With an fg I'm running down to 8lb comfortably on pe 0.8 and with pe0.6 I'll run as low as 4lb.

For general purpose stuff stick with pe0.8-1 and enjoy not popping at the braid.

I'm using Shimano Exage 6lb, I'm getting sick of line tangles and my experiences with braid have been good. I'm not too fussed about the price, as long as it's under $50. I'm also thinking of upgrading my reel to a 1000 Nexave.

If your buying from anaconda then buy the majorcraft dangan X8 in PE 0.6

Also take into consideration what size reel your going to put this on, a 1000 size reel might result in a bit of line going to waste.

There's also the new black magic braid which looks super thin on paper.
