Fishing Victoria Species Comp 2014

This is a great idea for a comp. I will definitely be apart of it, even though i have almost no chance of winning, it will hopefully motivate me to get out more and give me some incentive to go fishing in that salty stuff.

I'll be entering anyway as well, but still think the entry fees should be finalized by the official start of the comp, even if it means starting it in a few weeks time. I just think that way you'll get genuine fisherman entering and all the prizes or the prize will be known before the start of the comp. Just my $0.02.

You will have 5 months to catch a fish. The comp opens tomorrow. It ends June 8th. You will have 6 weeks to enter this will stop people stockpiling photos before entering.

It's the first year of the comp. if its successful it will come back bigger and better. I was going to put up the sole prize with no entry fee but it will be better and more rewarding with a small entry fee. I'll still add some prizes too. Stop nit picking.
