Good effort Jim.
Like you I put a lot into today's challenge. A miserable nagging Easterly wind all day and an invasion of crabs into the Snowy estuary equated to a virtual shutdown. A few small bream (read undersize) was my lot for the day.
Two days ago I pulled a 73cm flattie out of this same stretch I fished today. I caught it two days early as a 73cm flattie would have been in with a great chance.
Such is life.

My mate got a couple 80+ models out of tyers that he entered
Surely 1m+ was caught somewhere though?
