Good brown ducky, starting to regret not putting my PB on the mat for a photo. I always tell myself 'i'll get another one' haha

What was it? Knowing you it'd be a good one.Snapper Snatcher wrote:Good brown ducky, starting to regret not putting my PB on the mat for a photo. I always tell myself 'i'll get another one' haha
Before this morning I was the only one out of my group of fishing mates to not pull a brown trout from this particular lake. I'd put it 8 sessions there chasing them and had only managed to spook one at my feet or watch others catch them. Finally got stuck into one. It's a good feeling haha.
I also pulled a little rainbow today. Don't think its an upgrade. Will measure it later. But it was absolutely chockas with corn. I pulled around 50 kernels of corn and a yabby out of it. It's guts were completely full.

Just a bit bigger than yours but it was the best conditioned fish I've seen. Yeah it does feel good when you finally get one after sessions like that, just don't invite anyone if you get desperate hahah.

What's stopping you putting someone else's fish on the brag mat other than being fair to others in the comp?

Copy that. The Comp isn't about whatever prize money at the end. It's more about challenging yourself. It's been running for 3 years and not once have I thought someone has cheated.4liters wrote:The desire to not be a colossal flog mainlyDR.SPESH wrote:What's stopping you putting someone else's fish on the brag mat other than being fair to others in the comp?

Nice work ducky, it's going to be a close finish to the comp now.
