Some lithium batteries have built in features for charging requirements and some don't. Either way it seems that there is a certain way LiFePo batteries need to be charged to get the best out of them.

Outboard Tracking

??? Thought this might be a good idea - fit a tracking device to their Outboard motor - Not sure if you can, but, think if it works, would assist in recovering stolen Motor / Boats.
