Re: Arrow Squid

Hi Denis, I use them all the time and the whiting love them. I buy one at the fish market and clean out the guts, then cut it into 8 bits and freeze them snap lock bags. Each bag is enough for a session as it is pretty tough and you can catch 3 or 4 fish on each bait. I usually have mussels as well ...

Re: Bream on lure- Kananook Creek

I am very impressed at your effort. I have seen plenty of bream in Kananook, and have tried to catch them on bait, a few times to but no success so far. I have seen them pretty much as far upstream as Seaford Woolies, so it could be an exciting fishery if you crack the code.

The plan was to try inshore, then go wide and have a crack at the pinkies on the reefs. I did not make it to the...

Re: Back in lockdown again.

I see the police in WA are accessing QR contact tracing data to aid their investigations, I think that's pretty Orwellian, amazing Dan didn't come up with this first, or maybe he has and has managed to keep it under wraps? I think the best thing to do is to get vaccinated so all this can be put behi...

Re: Back in lockdown again.

I had my second jab in July, so no issue with getting vaccinated. Perhaps if they put a $500.00 excess on treating the unvaccinated under Medicare you would see a bit of a rush to get vaccinated.
