Was full of water apparently.
No put in or bung not put in correctly.
Not sure how a bung could fail...
News report said man could not swim....
Boat hand no branding on it ..was only 11 months old.

Why oh why do we not get some artificial reefs and fads just offshore from Lakes Entrance and while they are at it some shellfish reefs in the lake between lakes and metung.

There is no bottom trawling in the Gippsland lakes or any other Vic estuary. Only place there was ever "trawling" is scallop dredging in PPB. It certainly destroyed the shell bed reefs there.
