Cobby.. Just to clarify your saying that the banning of commercial fishing in the bay has not and will not improve snapper stocks? This is not a smart ass question either, i haven't looked at the scientific figures but that seems a little unusual?

I feel like if you have to rely on the bible to justify something you’ve probably lost the argument. There’s plenty of good reasons to not stop fishing without needing to resort to religion.
