They vary from 35-55cm give or take a few cm. Most of them are around the 1kg mark so about 40cm + but I have managed a couple of 53cm in the mix, awesome fun on soft plastics/slugs.

Thompson river? Not the greatest river in the world for fishing imo. I waded around 3km of it from around aberfeldy camp ground without any success. Bonus Witchetty Grubs
I needed to split some of my firewood stockpile today to top up the firewood supplies. I was splitting some well seasoned mahogany and had some nice bonus gifts with it in the shape of some good sized witchetty grubs. Nice big ones about the size of my thumb. Looks like a trip to find some king size...
